Weldon Reeves

Weldon Reeves, J.D., D.D., has over 34 years experience representing the disabled and has been Executive Director of Disability Advocates since 1991.

As a former mediator and arbitrator for the State of California, County of Placer, Superior Court and as a private mediator in complex tort litigation, he has the experience of both a decision maker and an advocate.

Mr. Reeves has helped hundreds of claimants obtain benefits from the Federal Government to which they are entitled.

He has written and lectured on substance abuse and mental health issues, participated in claims conferences, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue support groups and has been cited for exemplary efforts and accomplishments in serving the City and County of Sacramento Disabled Community as a member of the ADA Advisory Group.

Mr. Reeves has comprehensive knowledge in the area of reviewing medical evidence coordinating with medical consultants, obtaining assessments of ability to do work related activities and achieving a favorable decision in disability claims at the earliest possible date.

Practice Limited to Railroad Retirement Disability.

Georgia McGreal has successfully represented hundreds of Social Security disability and SSI claimants at hearings before Federal Administrative Law Judges for over 20 years.

She earned a Paralegal Certification in 1986 from Northern California School of Law. She worked as Paralegal in a Law Office from 1987-1992. She has worked exclusively handling Social Security disability and SSI cases since 1992 and has worked as a Claimant’s Representative with Disability Advocates 1992-present.

Ms. McGreal is the Senior Trainer for Disability Advocates 1992-present.

She has successfully completed the background requirements and testing and meets Social Security’s requirements for Direct Pay (Demonstration Project under SSPA, Part 303).

Professional Associations and Memberships:

Ms. McGreal maintains her annual continuing education in Social Security law.

Ms. Ahmed began working for Disability Advocates in 1999 as a receptionist and file clerk. She is currently an Administrative Assistant and Medical Records Coordinator.
